Mixed-Use Development - Produced conceptual and detail design of site elements for this 18 acre mixed-use development. The development was to include 260,000 sf of first floor retail and 780,000 sf of second through fourth floor residential condos.Designs were also produced for the 30,000 sf main entrance open space plaza / promenade which included fountains, seat walls, retaining walls, terraces, bandstand, lighting, and landscaping.
