Chester County, PA - Master Plan production for a 6-acre property near Philadelphia, PA.Design elements include a pool and pool house, patio and deck, a driveway, entertainment courtyard, entrance walls, seat walls, landscaping and lighting. Client also asked for a re-design of the facade of the house.The condition of the property was bare and in need of elements to create a sense of home. We proposed a series of outdoor rooms of various scales that would support the entertainment of large groups, as well as smaller scale family spaces.
Schematic Design
Back of house, including proposed architectural elements on house, pool, patios, deck, and stone steps from formal courtyard leading to pool.
Front of house, including proposed stonework on facade and chimney, shutters, trimwork, lighting, and roof treatments, as well as walls and plantings.

Wooded residence with steep slopes and erosion control issues addressed with terraces, slope stabilization, low growing native plantings, rain gardens, and sheet flow areas. Woodland pathways, water features and native plantings complete the design.Landscape Design2011 -
